Magnesium crystalline detail
From: Magnesium · Sleep · Recovery

Magnesium Triple-Blend · 300 mg

Three chelated forms of magnesium balanced in one capsule: magnesium glycinate for relaxation and sleep, magnesium malate for muscle and energy, and magnesium citrate for digestive ease. Chelated forms are absorbed more efficiently than the common oxide form.

Methylated B12 and D3
From: B12 & D3 · Energy · Mood · Immune

Methylcobalamin B12 · 2500 mcg
+ Vitamin D3 · 5000 IU

Methylcobalamin is the bioactive form of B12 your cells use directly — no internal conversion required. Cholecalciferol is the same form of D3 your skin produces from sunlight. Both are dosed at the higher end of the well-tolerated range for those who don't get consistent dietary or sun intake.

Chromium and botanicals
From: Gluconil · Blood sugar support

Chromium (Glycinate) · 500 mcg

An essential trace mineral required for healthy carbohydrate metabolism. The glycinate-chelated form is well-absorbed and well-tolerated. Chromium supports insulin signaling and healthy glucose uptake into cells.

Glucose-support botanicals
From: Gluconil · Botanical blend

Gluconil Botanical Blend · 1255 mg

A traditional blend used together to support healthy glucose response: White Mulberry (1%), Grape Seed, Bitter Melon, Gymnema, and Black Pepper extracts. Each component has a long history of traditional use related to blood sugar; black pepper extract supports the absorption of the others.

T-Fuel botanical stack
From: Men's T-Fuel · Hormonal foundation

T-Fuel Stack · Botanicals + Precursor + Trace Minerals

A multi-pathway men's stack: traditional male-vitality botanicals (epimedium, fenugreek, tribulus, panax ginseng), a hormone precursor (DHEA), DIM for healthy estrogen metabolism, boron for free-testosterone support, and bioperine for absorption.

Disclosure: Contains DHEA — on the WADA prohibited list and regulated in some countries (Canada, UK, Australia). Adult men only.

Laboratory tested

Tested before it ships.

Every batch is laboratory tested for identity, potency, and contaminants — heavy metals, microbes, pesticides — before it leaves the facility.

Manufactured in the United States to cGMP standards. Every batch is independently laboratory tested and certified by Mérieux NutriSciences or Eurofins before it ships.

Glossary

The science vocabulary, demystified.

Tap any term. Search to filter. No jargon left unexplained.

Adaptogen

A class of plants (e.g., panax ginseng) traditionally used to help the body resist physical and mental stress.

Bioavailability

The proportion of a nutrient that actually enters circulation and has a biological effect. Higher bioavailability means a lower required dose.

Chelated mineral

A mineral bound to an amino acid (e.g., magnesium glycinate, chromium glycinate) for improved absorption and gentler tolerance versus oxide forms.

Cholecalciferol

Vitamin D3 — the form your skin produces from sunlight, and the form used in our B12 & D3 product.

cGMP

Current Good Manufacturing Practice — FDA-defined standards for facilities that produce dietary supplements. Audits cover sanitation, identity, purity, and potency.

COA (Certificate of Analysis)

A lab-issued document verifying a product batch's composition, purity, and potency.

DHEA

Dehydroepiandrosterone — a hormone precursor naturally produced by the adrenal glands. Used in our Men's T-Fuel product. On the WADA prohibited list; regulated in some countries.

DIM (Diindolylmethane)

A compound derived from cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage) that supports healthy estrogen metabolism in men.

HPLC

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography — an analytical method used to verify the identity and potency of botanical ingredients.

Methylcobalamin

The bioactive form of vitamin B12 — used by cells directly, without the internal conversion step required for cyanocobalamin.

Proprietary blend

A label term grouping multiple ingredients under a single combined weight. The individual ingredients must still be named on the label.

Structure/function claim

The kind of claim allowed for dietary supplements in the U.S. (supports healthy…, helps maintain…). Distinct from disease claims, which require drug approval.

Questions, answered

The science, plain-spoken.

How do you choose what goes into a formula?+

We look for ingredients with either a meaningful research base or a long traditional-use history, in forms that have evidence for being absorbed and used by the body — chelated minerals, methylated B-vitamins, and active vitamin forms where possible.

Are your products tested for heavy metals?+

Yes. Each batch is laboratory tested before release for identity, potency, and contaminants including heavy metals, microbes, and pesticide residues — kept within USP limits.

What does "research-aligned dose" mean?+

It means the amount in the bottle is broadly in line with the doses used in the published literature for the same ingredient, where such literature exists. For traditional botanicals, we follow established traditional-use ranges.

Do you use proprietary blends?+

One of our four products, Gluconil, contains a named proprietary blend. Every ingredient in the blend is listed on the label, and the total blend weight is disclosed. Our other three products do not use proprietary blends.

Are your supplements laboratory tested?+

Yes. Manufactured in the United States to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, with laboratory testing on every batch for identity, potency, and purity within USP limits.
